The SIDS Centre of Excellence is built on four interconnected pillars that collectively strengthen the capacity of Small Island Developing States to implement the Antigua and Barbuda Agenda for SIDS.
Each pillar addresses an important gap: data, innovation, investment, and debt sustainability.
Together, they form an integrated system designed to accelerate resilient development, unlock new financing, modernize institutions, and support evidence-based decision-making across SIDS.
